Dr. Erika came out to my apartment yesterday and took incredible care of my cat who was being euthanized as well as my other cat who was about to lose his sister. The whole process from talking to Paisley on the phone to schedule the appointment to Dr. Erika herself was more than I could have asked for. Dr. Erika walked me through the entire procedure, comforted me and both cats, and made me feel a million times better about the tough decision I made to schedule this in the first place. She followed up via email this morning, about 24 hours later, and I can't be more grateful to Dr. Erika and Lap of Love for being so incredibly thoughtful. This was the best way I could think to send my sweet Bean over the rainbow bridge.
